Q: Are there any fees associated with the eGiftCard?
A: No. You will only be charged the face value of the eGiftCard.
Q: Can I cancel the purchase of an eGiftCard?
A: NO. You cannot cancel a purchase for an eGiftCard nor can an eGiftCard be returned.
A: You will be charged at the time of your purchase.
Q: Can I buy an eGiftCard for myself?
A: Absolutely! Just add the item to your shopping cart and enter your information as the recipient. When you receive your eGiftCard email, follow the instructions to retrieve your eGiftCard.
Q: How do I send my eGiftCard?
A: You will have the option to send your eGiftCard via Email, IM or Print from your computer.
RECIEVING & REDEEMING
Q: What does the recipient receive when I send them an eGiftCard?
A: On the delivery date you choose, a message is sent to the recipient informing them of your gift, with a link to retrieve it online. The link in the email or message goes to a page showing them the eGiftCard you created, its value and code number.
Q: When is the eGiftCard sent to the recipient?
A: The eGiftCard is sent to the recipient on the date you chose.
Q: Where can the eGiftCad be used?

A: eGiftCards do not expire.
